The role of the assembly department is very significant: it is able to assemble and test mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic groups up to 1500 bar. The experience and the technology obtained in more than 60 years enables Ellena to work every kind of material, starting from castings, from full bar or forgings. A reliable subcontractors network is able to perform any kind of coating or heat treatments. Since 1989 the production is organized on production orders and monitored by an integrated computer system. The system allows the management to monitor efficiency indicators and gives real time indications on production progress and costs. The production management is technically advanced and flexible, in order to assure prompt and effective responses, keeping quality at the highest standards. The quality of the materials utilized, over 20 years experience in designing and production and a great professionalism, made Ellena Spa an exporting company; its expertise is now fully recognized in European and Extra-European Countries.
